The Local Offer contains information about services that are available to children, young people and families in Tower Hamlets. This includes details about the help on offer for children and young people with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) from birth to 25 years.

There is an entitlement in the new Code of Practice for parents or young people contributing to an Education Health and Care Plan to have access to Independent Support with the process.

Independent Support in Tower Hamlets is provided by TH SEND Information, Advice and Support Service (PAC) and Barnardos and this fact sheet explains the details.
